I work hard twice morning a week in this sense!Other 3 morning I work on chen techniques: basic, and one duan repeated and repeated 'till I have to wash and go to work.Also 3 evenings can training a couple of hours, playng entire routines.I think that if I can sped an year in this way I can improove a lot!!!I may ask you if it's possible for you to find some information about training in Chen here in Xi'an.
